ALL NEW 2024 ITS Great Gray Owl season. This time of the year we will be headed up to the Sax-Zim Bog and find the pine martin and great gray owls. I will be joined by my wonderful honey
Nancy.
Outdoors Photos is a site where I can put my photos up for sale. These photos are being printed at the highest quality I can make.
The photos on this site are taken throughout Minnesota, Wisconsin, South Dakota, Wyoming, and Montana. Minnesota is where I photograph
the most. We do get to Wisconsin a lot too. Our favorite place to photo is up at Sax-Zim bog. You will find me out and around with Nancy.
Our favorite place to go is Yellowstone National Park the week before Memorial Day. During the Thanksgiving weekend we go up to
Sax-Zim bog to take photos of The Great Gray Owls and whatever else is up there. We have been to Gunflint trail and heading up to the
Ely area this weekend looking for that full antlered moose. I find myself more interested in photos of raptors more than any other wildlife. I
was asked once when I would get tired of photoing owls. I replied and said, when I loose the awe affect seeing them. I would love
to photo foxes and coyotes. Understand this one thing, All locations are to be withheld due to vulnerability.
I am a big fan of Fort Snelling State Park. A year and a half ago I was interviewed about keeping funding for the Park to be open.
Even at the bird show at the Minnesota State Fair the Raptor show states this. Please help out in funding for the parks.
Small clip from Saturday in the star Tribune. Shooting photos at Ft. Snelling last year where I got my photo Below just a few
hours after the phone interview. Here us the story... *Note that to the right is a Continue to site.
Star Tribune
This amazing photo I took shortly after the interview with Star and Tribune. A male barred owl massaging the head of the female.
This and more is what can be seen as you walk through Fort Snelling State Park.
Evening a nice selection of ducks. Wonderful ducks that are not too far to see. I just love this place for photography.

Favorite quote? From me. Ask not what a photographer is shooting but take the time to look for your self.
I will be selling some of my photos in the near future. Had a lot of help taking photos by many other photographers.
I am happy that I met them. They all have contributed to my quality of photos.
